Position Overview:

The Marketing Ad Campaign and Email Campaign Specialist will play a critical role in our digital marketing initiatives, working to develop, implement, and optimize ad and email campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales. This position requires an experienced marketer with a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to online advertising and email marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, and sales objectives.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad and email campaigns with our brand and business goals.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads, email marketing, and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and email marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
