We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Houston-based team and support our global marketing and sales efforts. We welcome college graduates to join our dynamic team!


Job Description:

As a Marketing Intern, you will support our management team with everyday marketing needs including event coordination, help with marketing materials, and assisting the sales department.


Your main responsibilities will include:

• Event support: assist in planning and executing marketing events, including logistics, coordination with vendors, and on-site support.

• Marketing support: help design, proofread, and distribute marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, flyers, digital content, and other materials as needed.

• Administrative and sales support: maintain marketing and sales databases, track project timelines, support the sales team and assist with administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications/requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Business Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or InDesign); preferably, familiarity with Google analytics and SEO tools.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred but not required.
