Job Purpose Crash Test Engineer will be responsible for preparing and properly performing crash safety related tests; both component level and full car to support vehicle developments. They should then be able to analyze test and simulation data and summarize the results via written reports. Key Accountabilities Responsible for preparing and properly performing crash safety related testing for vehicle developments, analyzing test and simulation data and summarizing the results. General activities will also include developing planning targets & specifications for the crash safety performance and collaborating with other design engineers. Test results and analysis to be communicated through written reports, summaries and small group meetings. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering (or Equivalent) 0-6 years of crash safety test industry experience CAE tools preferred (LS-Dyna, ANSA, Meta-Post), Catia, Linux OS, MS Office Working Conditions Willingness to work in a physical testing environment is required, including execution of physical tests (component, and full-vehicle crash tests).
