Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a MIG Welder to join their team. As a MIG Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: MIG Welder

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Pay Range: $16.00 + (Pay increase after probationary period)

What's the Job?

• Use MIG welding equipment to join metal parts per technical specifications.
• Ensure welds are strong, clean, and meet quality standards.
• Prepare materials by cleaning and grinding surfaces.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.

What's Needed?

• MIG Experience 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
