Role Description

We are seeking motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officers and Branch Managers to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity available nationwide , offering hybrid and remote work flexibility. In this dual-role opportunity, you can focus on originating mortgage loans while also having the option to lead and manage a branch team to achieve outstanding performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities for Mortgage Loan Officer:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Originate and process mortgage loans, specializing in Non-QM and proprietary mortgage options.
• Evaluate financial documents and loan applications to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Provide expert financial advice and solutions tailored to each client’s situation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a seamless and supportive experience for clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, mortgage products, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities for Branch Manager (Optional):

• Recruit, train, and mentor loan officers and support staff to build a high-performing branch team.
• Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve sales and production goals.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that supports individual and team success.
• Monitor branch performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners to drive business growth.
• Serve as a liaison between the branch and corporate leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience (for Branch Manager) : Ability to inspire and lead a team to meet and exceed goals.
• Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending skills : Expertise in originating and managing loans.
• Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Underwriting processes : Familiarity with Non-QM loans is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills : Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.
• Strong customer service orientation : Commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
• Detail-oriented and analytical : Skilled in evaluating financial documents and ensuring accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively : A self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in branch management or leading a sales team is preferred.
