Job Description

50+ YEAR MULTIFAMILY DEVELOPER/BUILDER HAS A LONG-TERM NEED FOR APROJECT MANAGER AND A SUPERINTENDENTWITH EXPERIENCE MANAGING STICK BUILT MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION. All projects are located north of I-20 throughout the Greater Atlanta area up to the Cumming, GA area. These positions are open due to the retirement of two 20+ year employees.

This company has been in business for over 50 years.THEY KNOW A DOWNTURN IN THE MULTIFAMILY MARKET HAS STARTED. THEY ARE PREPARED FOR THAT AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SUCCESSFUL CONTINUING TO BUILD DURING DOWNTURNS. They own the land and have the financial resources to continue building even if there is an extended downturn.THEY DO NOT LAY OFF PERSONNEL, NOR CUT WAGES DURING TOUGH TIMES,they just keep building so they have apartments ready when the market picks up again.

JOB DETAILS:

PROJECT MANAGER

* Minimum 5 years experience in a project manager role for a developer/builder or third-party GCon garden style multifamily projects.Other construction experience willnotbe considered.
* A 4-YEAR CONSTRUCTION RELATED DEGREEIS REQUIRED.
* You mustcurrentlylive in the greater Atlanta area. Travel to jobsites 1 2 days/week is required. All projects are less than a 2-hour drive from north Atlanta, so no need for overnight stays.
* SALARY $120,000 $145,000/year, depending on experience, plus vehicle, bonus, 401K,health, vision and dental insurance.

SUPERINTENDENT

* Minimum 5 years experience as theleadSuperintendent with a Developer/Builder or third-party GC construction on garden style multifamily projects. Other types of construction experience willnotbe considered.
* You mustcurrentlylive in the greater Atlanta area.
* SALARY $120,000 $145,000/year, depending on experience, plus vehicle, bonus, 401K,health, vision and dental insurance.
