Your Role Includes

5. Staying organized and proactive to build momentum early in your career

What You Bring

1. A newly earned (or soon-to-be active) Florida real estate license
2. A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
3. Basic tech skills and comfort using real estate platforms
4. Strong communication and people skills
5. Full-time availability and a desire to launch quickly
