• Experience: No prior legal experience necessary . Must have a valid driver license with reliable transportation. Must be able to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Proficient in typing and experience with Microsoft preferred .
• Potential: There is potential to professionally progress within our company. We provide hands on training, with the potential ability to progress to becoming a Paralegal.
• Responsibilities: Screen & direct calls, greet clients & visitors, assist with client correspondence, confirm & manage appointments, manage mail correspondence, collect & input client data, maintain calendars, perform filing tasks, assist with inventory of office supplies, perform clerical duties, maintain a clean & organized work environment, and assist attorneys, paralegals & other office support staff.
• Desired Traits & Skills: Highly motivated, eager, multi-tasker, takes initiative, positive attitude, organized, excellent phone etiquette, extraordinary client relation skills, ability to accept & learn from constructive criticism, reliable, works well under pressure, and is a team player.
• Education: High School Diploma
