Sales Manager , you will: Manage and strengthen relationships with the "Big Three" automotive customers (Ford, GM, Stellantis) while pursuing new business opportunities. Lead new sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with customers to meet their sales, service, and design requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements. Travel as needed to customer sites to maintain relationships and support growth efforts. Preferred Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have: A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. Previous experience working directly with Ford, GM, Stellantis, or similar OEMs. Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to read and interpret part drawings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to effectively communicate technical requirements with customers and internal teams.
