Communication and Coordination and Relationship Maintenance: Maintain good communication with overseas partners, governmental departments, customers, etc., establish and maintain good cooperative relationships to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Risk Management: Identify possible risks during project implementation, formulate risk response strategies, and ensure that project risks are controllable. Report Writing and Reporting: Regularly write project progress reports and report project status to internal management to ensure project information is transparent and accurate.
