Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A degree in any field is required.
Teaching Experience: At least 1 year of online teaching experience.
Teacher Certification: A 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
Tech Requirements: A desktop or laptop with a webcam, Intel i5 (10th gen) or higher, 8GB RAM or more, and Windows 10 or higher.
Stable Internet Connection: A wired internet connection with minimal disruption.
