Required Skills & Experience
· Experience auditing payroll or timecards for 700+ employees
· Familiarity with tools like ADP, Workforce Now, or similar systems
· Understanding of federal and state labor/payroll regulations
· Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset
· Multi-state payroll experience

Job Description
· Audit timecards and payroll reports for accuracy and completeness
· Validate entries for PTO, sick leave, floating holidays, and FMLA
· Partner with managers to resolve timesheet discrepancies
· Ensure deductions, hours, and employee data align with internal policy and legal requirements
· Help interpret and apply policies like union contracts, LOAs, and workers’ comp
· Serve as a go-to resource for employees with payroll questions or corrections
· Support audits, reconciliations, and internal reporting
During contract duration the position would be hybrid 3 days in Plano and upon conversion to FTE there will be flexibility for remote work with preference of home office in DFW.
Compensation:
$28/hr to $30/hr and 70-75K upon conversion
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
