As the Director, Retail Talent Acquisition, you will establish the regional TA strategy and build high-performing teams by leading the sourcing, assessing, impressing and securing of world-class talent of all levels and career paths in the geographic scope that you oversee. The typical hiring range for this position is $140,000-$170,000 USD year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
