KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Service
● Interact with clients to uncover planning and service opportunities
● Interact with Fidelity and Schwab to implement planning strategies
● Document and manage client activities to completion
● Collaborate with other advisors, portfolio managers, and analysts when formulating advice for each unique client need

Financial Planning
● Meet with clients and prospective clients to understand their needs, goals, and concerns
● Gather, organize, and analyze their financial data
● Model and stress test financial projections in eMoney and Holistiplan
● Identify planning opportunities and formulate advice
● Present your observations for peer review and then to clients

Business Development
● Listen, relate, and uncover opportunities or threats to clients’ financial security
● Articulate how Buttonwood addresses those unique situations
● Make yourself available to serve their friends and family members

REQUIREMENTS:

 
● Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, or equivalent skills
● Series 65 license or equivalent
● 3+ years of client-facing experience in financial services
● CFP certification, or pursuit of CFP preferred
● CFA, MBA, EA and other advanced credentials a plus
