Job Details Clinical Pharmacist position - 12 weeksPosition would be Monday - Friday 0730-1600. After onsite training (1-2 weeks) position could be remote (work from home). Clinical pharmacist would just not participate on interdisciplinary rounds for assigned patient care units.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: &bull

tBachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required &bull
tASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred or equivalent experience (3 years acute care)&bull
tBoard certification preferred&bull
tCurrent licensure (or eligible to reciprocate) in the State of Delaware

Required Qualifications Pharmacist, Acute Experience: 2 years Licenses: PHARM-DE maintain the operation to fulfill medication needs for automated dispensing cabinets at Christiana and Wilmington Hospital as well as to initiate daily cartfill.
