Job Summary:

As a Power Washing Supervisor , you will lead teams responsible for performing high-pressure cleaning services on various surfaces, including sidewalks, driveways, buildings, and parking garages. You oversee the efficiency and quality of work to maintain our clients properties in peak condition. You will use specialized equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, and other contaminants while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. This position requires a hands-on approach to power washing maintenance, while providing guidance and direction to the crew.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Supervise the Power Washing Crew- Assign tasks, ensure productivity, and maintain a safe work environment.
Ensure team effectively removes dirt, mildew, grease, graffiti, and other contaminants from buildings, sidewalks, decks, and other structures.
Perform Hands-On Power Washing Work- operate power washing and soft washing equipment to clean surfaces effectively.
Ensure team- safely handles chemicals and cleaning agents in accordance with industry regulations.
Manage Schedules & Job Sites Plan routes, track progress, and resolve on-site challenges.
Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards Promote a culture of safety and enforce company policies.
Communicate with Clients & Leadership- Provide updates and recommendations, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and engage opportunities to upsell customers on relevant services
Perform routine maintenance on power washing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Display reliable, responsible, and dependable behavior.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team (leadership experience preferred).
Proven experience in power washing, exterior cleaning, or a related field preferred.
Ability to safely operate high-pressure washing equipment and related tools.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and proper application techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform manual labor.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
A willingness to learn and grow within our company.
