Job Description

The Product Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing efforts for Hanwha Vision products, sales teams, and partners. This role involves assisting in the management and execution of product marketing initiatives, ensuring successful product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, preferably in consumer or business electronics, with knowledge of the physical security industry. Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge & Market Research

  • Develop a strong understanding of existing and upcoming hardware and software products.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and translate technical product information into compelling, benefits-driven messaging.

Go-To-Market Strategy & Product Positioning

  • Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and updates.
  • Refine product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate value propositions and differentiators to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product roadmaps.

Sales Enablement & Marketing Content Creation

  • Provide sales teams with training, tools, and resources to effectively position and sell products.
  • Develop engaging product-related content, including brochures, datasheets, guides, and sales presentations.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, video, and paid media.
  • Help develop and maintain website content (landing pages, product pages, etc.).
  • Support the creation of email newsletters, press releases, and digital advertising materials.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with internal teams, industry partners, and external agencies to execute product marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate new product launch efforts with product development and other members of the marketing team.
  • Maintain project timelines and manage multiple priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

Competitive Analysis & Performance Tracking

  • Research and analyze competitor marketing materials and assets to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales enablement efforts.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.

Event & Tradeshow Support

  • Support up to 6 weeks of domestic travel for trade shows, product demonstrations, and marketing events.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating product showcases and training sessions.
  • Engage with industry professionals and customers to gather feedback and market insights and brief products.
  • Work with media to help with booth tours and detailed product discussions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in the technology or security industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a business setting.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing messaging.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Adobe Acrobat.
  • Basic knowledge of networking (Windows, Linux), electronics, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to use manual and powered hand tools when necessary.
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours meetings with international teams.
