Production Lead

Location: Pomona, CA

Shift: 2 nd & 3rd (Flexible)

Pay Rate: $19 .00-$22 .00hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of all parts.
• Working knowledge of inspection requirements and ability to train operators on required inspection.
• Perform in process inspection of parts during breaks and lunches.
• Able to train operators on machine functions.
• Assigning operators to machines.
• Assigning break schedules.
• Record scrap and keep track of production produced.
• Communicate changes, problems, and key information.

Education a nd/or Experience:

• Ability to speak read and write in the English and Spanish language.
• Ability to do basic math such as add, subtract, divide and multiply.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal & written instructions.
• Able to lift at least 35 lbs.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Specific vision abilities required, including color vision & peripheral, depth deception and ability to focus.
