\n
\n PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n• Operate assembly/production machinery that manufactures internal components and systems for the automotive industry.
\n• Perform dexterous assembly with hands.
\n• Stand for 8-10 hours in steel toed shoes.
\n• Work well with others in a team environment.
\n• Follow plant, safety, quality procedures and work instructions.
\n• Keep work area clean.
\n• Verify quality parts are being produced by performing visual and gauging checks.
\n• Be flexible with overtime.
\n• Promote an atmosphere conscience of health, safety, and environmental practices.
\n• Performs other duties as assigned.
\n SKILLS:
\n Good attendance is mandatory
\nGood oral/written communications skills and organizational skills
\nAbility to establish and maintain a good rapport with co-workers and supervisors
\nBasic inspections skills and execute job responsibilities with little supervision
\n
\n PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
\nLifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing, moving, walking, lifting for extended periods of time. Able to climb, bend, twist, stoop, walk and push cart.
