✔ Hybrid: Tue-Thu Onsite, Mon & Fri Remote.
✔ Hours: Standard 8 AM – 4 PM. No OT expected.
About the Role
Seeking a Program Manager I to support its Business Lighting Programs , which help commercial and industrial customers adopt energy-efficient lighting solutions. This role is critical for driving sustainability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing rebate programs across multiple jurisdictions (SD, NM, CO, MN).
Key Responsibilities
✅ Program Management: Work alongside the existing Program Manager to execute and enhance energy efficiency programs.
✅ Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth program delivery.
✅ Performance Tracking: Monitor program effectiveness, analyze data, and contribute to reporting on key metrics.
✅ Customer & Vendor Support: Engage with businesses and vendors to assist with rebate programs and implementation.
✅ Operational Execution: Handle logistics, documentation, and budgeting to keep initiatives on track.

Ideal Candidate
🎯 Experience: 1-3 years in program/project management , preferably in regulated industries.
📊 Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), Jira. Salesforce experience is a plus.
🗣 Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and adaptability.
🏆 Preferred: Lean or Agile training, experience in large corporate/matrixed environments.
