Job Description

Facilitate proper flow of information throughout project lifecycle: Pre-Construction Phase,

Construction Phase, and Close out Phase

Pre-Construction Phase:

• Review Contract Documents
• Coordinate Subcontractor proposals
• Prepare Estimates

Construction Phase:

• Manage Contract Documents for Field / Sub distribution, i.e. Request For
• Information, Submittals, Schedule, Plans, Permits, etc.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals
• Communicate with superintendent, subcontractors, vendors and report issues
• Manage and report on daily interactions between Superintendent and Subcontractors
• Prepare and manage assigned task list and report progress daily
• Review project schedules
• Provide updates to schedule, logs, and meeting minutes
• Draft subcontracts, change Orders, purchase orders
• Meet with Operations Manager for approval of all the above

Close Out Phase:

• Prepare Operations and Maintenance Manuals
• Manage punch lists
• Prepare As-Built drawings

Job Requirements:

• B.S. Construction Management
• 10 years Construction Management background within the High-end Residential and/or Commercial Construction sectors
• Organized
• Self-Starter

Computer Skills:

• Microsoft Excel, Word, Project
• Sage 100 Contractor
• Adobe Acrobat / Bluebeam
• Zoom / MS Teams
