Job Title: Project Manager in Commercial or Residential Construction Required

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to completion.
Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals.
Review and approve construction plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Monitor progress and address any issues that arise, keeping projects on track.
Ensure all safety standards and legal requirements are met.
Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Handle procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Construction Management or related field.
PMP certification (preferred but not required).
