  • Proven experience in technical writing, freelance writing/editing, technical recruiting with an RFP component, or account management with significant RFP involvement.
  • Post-secondary education combined with office administration, writing/editing experience, or substantial experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.
  • Strong project coordination skills with a track record of managing schedules and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive under pressure.
  • Experience contributing to process improvements to enhance proposal quality and effectiveness.
  • Significant experience proofreading documents to ensure integrity and quality standards.
  • Working knowledge of Federal Government or other procurement processes.
  • Clear, precise, and strong presentation skills.
