• Identify potential investment properties and development opportunities to expand lead generation for future growth opportunities in the Beverly, MA area
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels such as calls, emails, and online requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Present suitable commercial properties tailored for business purposes to clients, providing them with financial data and analytical insights
• Facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, working closely with loan officers and attorneys to ensure legal compliance and timely completion
• Perform detailed property inspections to identify necessary repairs, assisting clients in negotiation processes for property purchases or sales
Qualifications:
