All candidates should have level-appropriate experience in managing matters and have comfort interacting directly with clients. Strong level-appropriate drafting skills, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence are required.
Compensation for this role will be top-of-market, with an annualized salary range of $260,000 to $390,000, depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus, consistent with market practice. In addition, this position will be eligible for the firm's fringe benefits as they currently exist.
To apply, please complete the online application, attaching a resume and cover letter. Candidates for lawyer opportunities in the U.S. must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.
