As we expand in 2024, we are seeking an experienced and highly driven Sales Director to lead our sales operations across all business divisions, overseeing both listing and buyer-side transactions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the entire sales team across multiple business lines, including traditional home sales, new construction projects, property flips, ADUs, and off-market deals, etc.
  • Transaction Oversight: Supervise all aspects of the transaction process, ensuring smooth closings and top-tier client experiences.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, drive revenue growth, and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales agents, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on emerging real estate trends and investment opportunities in the Bay Area.
  • High-Impact Negotiation: Leverage superior negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and strengthen client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and developers.
  • Marketing & Brand Development: Collaborate with internal marketing teams to enhance brand presence and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A real estate license is required.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales and leadership roles.
  • Strong sales acumen with an assertive, results-driven personality.
  • Experience managing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market and resources.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and a data-driven approach to sales management.
