What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Staffing Recruiter at AtWork, you will play a pivotal role in our success by identifying and engaging top-tier candidates to fill our clients' staffing needs across various industries. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and specific job requirements.
- Source and recruit candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and recruitment best practices.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records within our ATS.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
- Bilingual preferred.
