Role: Recruiting and Team Operations Coordinator

Location: Hybrid

Terms: Direct Hire

Wage : Based on experience- up to $55,000

Capstone IT is hiring a Recruiting/Operations Coordinator to support both recruiting and business operations functions. This hybrid role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive mindset to ensure a smooth candidate and client experience. You’ll work closely with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to manage job postings, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS data, onboard consultants, and support internal processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tool
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business tools
• MUST have basic AI skills, if your passionate about AI, BONUS!

Responsibilities

• Post and update jobs in the ATS and external job boards
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Track consultant onboarding tasks and ensure completion
• Maintain accuracy of candidate and job records in the ATS
• Support invoice approvals, reporting, and business operations
• Assist recruiters and leadership with administrative tasks

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or admin support
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience using an ATS or similar type systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
