Renewal by Andersen of Greater Maine is seeking an energetic, driven and collaborative Canvassing
Associate to perfect our customer's experience in upgrading their homes. What to join our team? The

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE •Generate quality leads and reinforce overall brand identity by canvassing neighborhoods and
talking with homeowners about their window and door problems and the solutions RbA offers.
•Get us leads every day!
•Maintain an expert level of knowledge of our sales system and products to ensure customers
have an excellent experience.
•Interacting with current and potential customers to generate leads by maintaining a strong field
presence in the local communities we serve.
•Advise potential customers on their current issues and their best route to solving them.
•Successfully call-in appointments to our Inside Sales Center
•Ability to be a team/utility player on our non-traditional marketing team as needed
•Other tasks as necessary, per management's request
PAY/SCHEDULE: Hourly rate is $17 per hour and bonus checks are paid out every 4 weeks. Employees in this role can earn about $3,700 a month. Shifts: Monday - Friday. The team is in the field from
10am - 6pm . There are breaks throughout the day as well as a 1-hour lunch break.
QUALIFICATIONS •Great interpersonal skills and a team player, including the ability to collaborate with management,
team members and potential customers.
•Customer service experience is a plus.
•Exceptionally strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to details.
•Proficient in computer usage and software applications, including MS Word and Excel.
•Ability to work independently.
•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
•Ability to stand and walk for a long period of time, lift up to 50 lbs.
•Must have reliable transportation to get to work
•Must be able to work some evening hours (until 7pm) and some weekends
•Must have a flexible schedule

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
