What You’ll Do

• Develop architectural Revit models based on LiDAR point cloud data, construction drawings, markups, field data collected by our Field Technicians

• Read and interpret architectural and MEP plans with a high level of precision

• Collaborate with our field teams, Revit production staff and project managers to ensure model quality and accuracy

• Participate in internal quality reviews and coordinate deliverables with internal teams and clients

• Support Scan-to-BIM processes, workflows, and file preparation

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience in Revit modeling

• 2+ years in architecture, construction or similar industries

• Strong ability to interpret construction documents

• Mastery of drafting standards and model organization

• Detail-oriented with excellent spatial reasoning and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Scan-to-BIM workflows &/or point cloud integration is a strong plus

• Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction practices

• Experience in the Hospitality sector is highly valued but not required

Work Environment

• Primarily on-site in Richmond, VA, with flexible remote options based on candidate experience and strengths

• Collaborative, design-forward team culture with a passion for innovation and precision

• Opportunity for growth and involvement in high-impact hospitality and commercial projects
