What will you do in this job?:Responsible for the daily planning of the Windsong Lodge Reservations and room assignments. Work closely with the Front Desk staff and management team in an efficient, courteous and dedicated manner to ensure that the guest’s expectations are exceeded. Provide quality service and enhance the guest experience while following the company and Windsong Lodge’s policies and procedures. Review incoming guest requests and complete daily room assignments for all arriving guests Assist the in the pre-arrival process to ensure special accommodations and considerations are fulfilled prior to the guests' arrival Organize and evaluate incoming group manifests and communicate rooming needs to Front Operations team Be knowledgeable of lodge services, daily functions or activities occurring at the Lodge and in the area. Utilize PMS system to input rooming notes and room assignments as needed Assist with Front Operations duties as needed (training provided) What skills and experience do you need for this job?:Minimum of one year of experience working with hotel Property Management Systems required. Experience with OTAs is advantageous. Arrive to work on time, ready to work, dressed in clean uniform, with a neat and clean appearance The ability to work as a team and work with various personalities Self-motivated, detail oriented multi-tasker that has a positive guest service attitude Desire to contribute to to the team goal of providing a great guest lodging experience Enjoys completing puzzles and intricate tasks What will your work environment be like?:Beautiful.
