🚨 We're Hiring: Safety Associate! 🚨

Pay: $21.00 Per Hour 

Passionate about promoting a safety-first culture? Join our team as a Safety Associate and work alongside Regional Safety Specialists to enhance safety standards across our operations. This role offers hands-on experience and travel opportunities within the ready-mix industry!

💼 What You'll Do:

✔ Collaborate with Operations: Partner with management to ensure safety compliance and foster a culture of safety.
✔ Safety Advocacy: Be the voice for safety by attending meetings and promoting best practices.
✔ Incident Investigation: Participate in investigations of near misses, incidents, and injuries, ensuring compliance with company and state regulations.
✔ Reporting: Document findings and share insights with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
✔ Support: Assist with additional safety responsibilities as assigned by management.

📋 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferably in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or Environmental Management.

🔹 Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time and project management abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and respond under tight deadlines.
