Garrison™ (Flood Control) Systems offers a complete line of flood control barriers, systems and flood mitigation solutions. Our flood barrier and water diversion products were developed to meet the flood protection needs of homeowners, businesses, residential and commercial properties, municipal public works departments, facility managers, and emergency service divisions. We offer our flood prevention products for sale throughout the United States and the world.

This role will be based at our Florida Office and Warehouse in Coconut Creek, FL but we will consider remote work for a candidate located on Florida’s West Coast. 

Job Description: Sales Executive

We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team based in our Coconut Creek, FL office. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have previous sales experience, possess great interpersonal skills, computer savvy, and be quick learner. You will be responsible for replying to client inquiries, providing detailed estimates, reviewing client's specific needs/requirements and working closely with other sales executives to provide high level customer service.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries via Form Submission, Calls, Emails and Live Chat in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Communicate and consult with clients and our Technical Installation Division to schedule on-site visits in Florida to survey properties prone to flood.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for flood preparedness based on the specific requirements of the client.
  • Utilize the Hubspot CRM Management System 
  • Follow up with prospective clients by setting Task Reminders.
  • Some lite travel to visit prospective clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills and knowledge:

  • College degree, High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous sales and support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Hubspot and Quickbooks experience a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
