As the  Salesforce Administrator  you will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of our Salesforce applications. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions that drive business success.
General Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • Salesforce Development : Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and custom Lightning components.
  • Automation : Create and optimize business processes using native Salesforce tools such as Flow.
  • Project Management : Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. Define project objectives, manage resources, timelines, and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaboration : Work collaboratively with various departments, including sales, marketing, and clinical teams, to understand their unique requirements and tailor Salesforce to meet those needs.

Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Developer is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud or working with healthcare data is also a plus
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Salesforce Administrator, Application Specialist, or Developer.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies such as Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and permission sets.
  • Experience with cloud data integration tools such as those in Azure or AWS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in-office.
