Position Overview:
ALD Lighting seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lighting Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design with client interfacing and project management experience. Candidate must be able to run a project from design concept through completion with team member(s), while demonstrating the ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, AGi32, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and MS Office Suite. This position is based out of our El Segundo office.

Our lighting design experience encompasses expertise in hospitality, creative offices, residential, higher education, media, campuses, studios, and gaming.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Lighting Designer, you will be considered a first-level project manager. Your responsibilities will include leading projects, coordinating client meetings, and advancing project design. You will also be entrusted with managing projects. In your role, you will:
Education : Bachelor’s degree or above in Lighting Design/ Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related education.

Salary: Starting at 90K commensurate with years of experience. This role is bonus eligible.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but is not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
