Senior Private Banker - Little Rock, Arkansas

Repeat client and BEST-IN-CLASS Super-Community Bank has engaged The Anderson Search Group to identify a Senior Private Banker for the Little Rock, Arkansas Market. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be the first Private Banker hired for a new Private Client line of business for one of the top banks in the country. This role requires no new business development and will focus on converting existing, qualifying clients into Private Clients. Our firm has placed several line of business leaders including the current Head of Trust and Wealth. We know for a fact this bank has an incredible culture and is poised for explosive growth!

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • 5+ years of HNW relationship management preferably in private banking or wealth planning
  • Proven track record of exceeding high net-worth client expectations
  • Experience servicing high net-worth clients with regards to opening new accounts and introducing them to other areas of the bank
  • Ability to relocate to Little Rock if not already in market
  • Bachelors Degree
