Responsibilities: Digital Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, search engines, display networks, and other relevant channels. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and compelling content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral. Social Media Management: Help manage and maintain our social media presence by scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and fostering community engagement. Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance. SEO: Work with the team to optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase website traffic and conversions. Data Analysis: Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide data-driven insights to optimize strategies. A/B Testing: Assist in conducting A/B tests to refine marketing tactics, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall campaign effectiveness. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer behaviors, and potential growth opportunities. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing channels and materials, adhering to brand guidelines and standards. Reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications: Requires SkillBridge Eligibility: Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service. Obtain approval from your unit commander. Agree that participation in SkillBridge can be terminated at any time by the service if mission requirements dictate. Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but relevant practical experience and a genuine interest in digital marketing will also be considered. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing. Creative Skills: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and optimize strategies based on performance metrics. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage with online audiences. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
