Are you a passionate and experienced server/bartender looking to join a dynamic team? At C29, we pride ourselves on working as a cohesive unit, ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience. We're looking for a dedicated team member who shares our commitment to excellence. Open 5 nights a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their table.
• Pull out chairs for the ladies
• Present menus and inquire about water preferences.
• Offer to start guests with a cocktail, prepare and serve the drinks.
• Fire and bring the bread basket.
• Fire and bring VIP appetizers.
• Inform guests about daily specials and answer any questions about the menu.
• Take full food orders, repeat back to guests for accuracy.
• Assist guests in selecting wines and perform wine service.
• Clear VIP appetizers and set the table for the next course.
• Run the next course and ensure timely pre-firing of main courses based on firing times.
• Maintain table cleanliness by crumbing between courses.
• Pre-fire dessert based on firing times.
• Fire and serve the cookie plate shortly after dessert.
• Ensure the removal of bread baskets, bread plates, and olive oil before the dessert course.
• Crumb the table and inquire if guests need anything else.
• Present the check promptly when guests are ready.
• Provide to-go bags for any leftovers.
• Open the door for guests as they leave, ensuring a warm farewell.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a server/bartender.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player mentality with a proactive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing a seamless dining experience.
• Must live 45 minutes away from the restaurant
