Join Our Culinary Team as a Sous Chef!

Are you passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We're seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team!

About the Role

As our Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations, inspire our culinary team, and ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop innovative menus and recipes
• Lead and mentor our team of line cooks, fostering a positive and productive kitchen environment
• Oversee food production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timeliness
• Step up as head of the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence
• Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain cost-effective operations
• Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
• Create daily specials and contribute to menu planning
• Participate in staff training and development

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
• Team player with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Required food safety certifications
• Proficiency in kitchen management software (a plus)
