Set-up, break-down, perform product demonstrations as the face of Zwilling focused on driving sales and brand awareness. Answer customers’ questions and overcoming objections while creating an energetic and fun event. Consistently achieve sales that meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives. Communicate replenishment needs by completing scheduled product inventories preceding, during and after the event. Communicate regularly with retailers and the internal management team providing constructive insights and feedback. In this role you can be expected to do the following: Set-up, break-down, perform product demonstrations as the face of Zwilling focused on driving sales and brand awareness. Answer customers’ questions and overcoming objections while creating an energetic and fun event. Consistently achieve sales that meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives. Communicate replenishment needs by completing scheduled product inventories preceding, during and after the event. Communicate regularly with retailers and the internal management team providing constructive insights and feedback. Qualifications, Skills, And Abilities Confident, persuasive, dynamic public speaking skills in front of a live audience. Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. (set-up, break down, and restocking demo booths). Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Must be available to work nights and weekends, and potentially overnight travel, as needed. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required for this role. Ideally, candidates should have any, if not all, of the following to succeed in these Event Sales roles: Consumer goods and services sales experience. Roadshow experience to present products. Experience in direct or pitch style sales ideal. Culinary experience with a passion for food. Theater / acting experience to convey information in a clear, effective, positive and engaging manner. Schedule And Pay, Bonus And Commission Structure Demo Booth set-up: Thursday evening (8:00pm-10:30pm). Roadshow: Friday through the following Sunday (10 consecutive days). Monday-Friday: 10-12 hours per day. Saturday-Sunday: 8-11 hours per day. Demo Booth tear-down: Sunday evening (6:00pm – 8:30pm) Store retail hours may vary based on location and seasonally. Part-Time: Work one roadshow/month. Full-Time: Work two roadshows/month (3 ½ days off between shows) All positions commence part-time and can shift to full-time in certain markets following both time and sales goals achievement. Compensation includes: Base Hourly pay plus applicable overtime. [The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location] The hourly wage range for this position will commence at $16.50 to $19.65 plus, overtime. An aggressive, uncapped sales performance-based commission / bonus structure. On average, experienced demonstrators can earn $2,300-$2,500 per 10-day assignment, with potential to earn significantly more based on sales performance. Up to 50% off retail cost on Zwilling products across all brands. Employee referral monetary rewards. 401k plan with company match of first 3% plus additional match, following 12 months of service. All positions will require local travel for events/shows. Shows within 50 miles of residence: Reimbursable Mileage (personal vehicle) or transit costs. Shows more than 50 miles from residence: We will cover necessary travel costs within reason to include: hotel, airfare, rental car, [when necessary] & up to $50/day meal reimbursement.
