KPMG is seeking a Specialist Director, Value Architect to join our Managed Services practice. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end pricing lifecycle for managed services opportunities, ensuring accurate effort estimations, creative pricing strategies, and effective communication on risk/reward outlook. Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Solution Management, and Delivery to develop Estimating and Pricing Models, run scenarios, and ensure team alignment; manage onshore and offshore resources for accurate estimating and pricing, meeting client satisfaction standards. Present opportunities to leadership for pricing approval and ensure accurate inclusion in proposals and contracts. Coordinate with delivery teams to gather actual delivery data to create benchmarking databases and analyze estimation accuracy. Update internal databases with proposals, gather market intelligence for win/loss analysis, and coordinate with relevant teams to provide opportunity data. Engage with Solution Management and Delivery leads to understand delivery processes and develop new Estimating Model tools. Uphold integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications: Minimum eight years of recent experience in finance, accounting, pricing, or consulting, with prior pricing experience at a professional services firm or managed service provider preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting; Master's in business administration, finance, or STEM preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience managing complex financial models; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI; ability to create dashboards from large data sets. Experience mentoring and managing direct reports. Familiarity with professional services in Financial Services, Cyber Security, Risk, or Technology Maintenance.
