In this role, you will:

  • Hunt for new business opportunities: Proactively identify and target potential clients in need of staffing solutions through cold calling, email marketing, direct mail campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline: Conduct thorough research, qualify leads, and build relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.
  • Present and promote our services: Articulate the value proposition of [Your Company Name], effectively communicate our expertise in providing quality workforce solutions, and tailor your pitch to address the specific needs of each client.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Skillfully navigate negotiations, overcome objections, and secure contracts that drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and generating repeat business.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and the challenges faced by businesses seeking entry-level talent.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a hunter mentality and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Experience as a closer is highly preferred.
