Job Details Level Experienced Job Location One Source Manufacturing Headquarters - Leander, TX Job Shift Day Description Principal Duties and Responsibilities*:

• Oversees all Receiving and Shipping functions
• Develops and manages all Inventory accuracy with controlled processes, locations, and material handling roles
• Provides oversight for leads within department.
• Monitors all Inventory transactions, variables, UOM's to maintain and enforce data and process integrity
• Develops and Maintains all Inventory and Shipping related Work Instructions and personnel training required
• Enforces area safety requirements
• Assists with Risk assessment for responsible areas.
• Assists with development and monitoring of area metrics for productivity and employee utilization
• Responsible for managing all inbound and outbound carrier transportation processes
• Assists sourcing manager to minimize inventory costs related to min/max stocking levels
• Implements and conducts inventory Cycle Counts
• Provides input to Engineering on product packaging and equipment for optimizations
• Collaborates with Sales/CS for providing customer outbound shipping for workload scheduling and priorities.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain Buyers for inbound receiving for workload scheduling and priorities.
• Collaborates with Production/QC for inbound receiving for workload scheduling and priorities. This includes material and OSP job dispatching to support production schedules.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copier/scanner, and filing cabinets. This role will need to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Minimal travel is expected. Qualifications Knowledge/Skills:

Education/Experience:

• Manufacturing experience (min. 5 yrs.)
• Logistics experience (min. 1 yrs.)
