Job Overview Summit Swimming Pools Inc is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Senior Technician to lead the charge on high-level service and installation projects for both residential and commercial pool and spa systems. Key Responsibilities - Perform advanced diagnostics, repair, and installation of swimming pool and spa systems, including pumps, heaters, automation systems, filtration, and lighting.
- Serve as the technical lead on job sites, mentoring junior technicians and apprentices.
- Coordinate with internal teams on scheduling, materials, and customer updates to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct final inspections and system checks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Handle customer communications with professionalism, offering technical insights and recommendations.
- Maintain detailed service records using a company-provided tablet and software tools.
- Stay current with evolving technologies and attend manufacturer trainings and certifications.
- Uphold safety practices at all times, including proper PPE use and adherence to OSHA standards.
Qualifications - Extensive experience in pool and spa system maintenance, repair, and installation (residential & commercial preferred).
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex issues with filtration, automation, gas/electric heating, and water chemistry systems.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor others effectively.
- Technically adept and comfortable using mobile software and digital reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule - Full-Time
- Monday to Friday (occasional emergency or seasonal weekend calls possible)
Work Location - Field-based role with travel to customer sites (residential and commercial)
