Looking for a great contract role with JOBOT?

This is an ongoing TEMP/Contract requirement for a great client of ours in Newport Beach, CA

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Consulting Data Entry Associate on a temporary basis. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will be a part of our Accounting and Finance team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our company's financial data. This role demands a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

1. Accurate and efficient data entry of financial information into the company's internal systems.
2. Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
3. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all accounting transactions are recorded.
4. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
5. Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze financial data.
6. Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.
7. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
8. Support other team members and departments as necessary to meet company objectives.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data entry role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
2. Proficient touch typing skills.
3. Strong knowledge of databases and data entry systems.
4. Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. High level of integrity and professionalism.
9. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices will be an added advantage.
