As a UX Researcher, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and program managers—to ensure user-centered design principles drive our solutions. Your research will inform and shape exceptional user experiences that align with business goals and customer needs. Responsibilities Conduct, analyze, and synthesize user research to inform design decisions. Develop and advocate for research strategies and methodologies across projects. Plan and execute usability studies, both online and in the field, to uncover user needs and mental models. Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experiences. Test business requirements using heuristic and qualitative research methods. Research & Problem-Solving Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to translate research findings into clear insights and strategic recommendations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaboration & Leadership Partner effectively with UX/UI designers, product teams, and developers to ensure research findings translate into actionable design improvements. Lead research discussions and presentations, articulating findings and design rationale to stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior researchers or designers when necessary. Deliverables & Execution Create research documentation, reports, and strategic insights. Develop test scripts, conduct user testing, analyze results, and present findings. Identify and recruit target users for testing sessions.
