Fields BMW of Winter Park is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create life-long relationships.

  Job Responsibilities

  • Install seat, steering wheel, and floor protection in all vehicles taken in for service prior to returning a completed vehicle to a customer, remove the seat, steering wheel and floor covers and ID tags installed when vehicle was brought in for service.
  • Help to maintain the parking lot in and organized and efficient manner.
  • Move customer and dealership vehicles as directed.
  • Help inspect the vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damages to the management immediately.
  • Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when their bill is paid or as directed by the cashier or service advisors.
  • Remain in the service write-up area unless performing another task as directed.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations, such as safety requirements, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, Right-to-Know, etc.
  • Check in loaner vehicles being returned by customers.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness of the customer drop off area.
  • Utilize all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems.
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and quality service to the customers and dealership.
  • Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles.
  • Present self as a positive role model by demonstrating commitment to the department, customers, dealership, and company.
  • Attend training classes as directed by management.
  • Assist greeter during heavy traffic load conditions.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Must have high school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Background and MVR Check required
