**Kelly Services is HIRING!!!!** **Job Title:** **Records Center Specialist - Order Picker** **Location:** Sacramento, CA **Schedule:** Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM **Pay Rate:** $20.00 - $21.00 per hour **Duration:** 1-2 Months **Start Date:** ASAP **Position Overview:** We are seeking a **Records Center Specialist** to assist with a **box pull-down project** at our Sacramento location. This is a temporary assignment expected to last 1-2 months, with immediate start availability. The ideal candidate must be able to safely operate a **forklift / cherry picker** and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Operate a **forklift / cherry** **picker** to retrieve and move boxed records + Process incoming and outgoing orders, scanning cartons and locations + Retrieve, put away, and track files, containers, and tapes + Load and unload trucks and vans + Maintain racking organization and cleanliness + Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and scanner communications + Conduct audits and follow safety protocols at all times + Communicate effectively with your supervisor regarding job progress and issues **Requirements:** + **High school diploma or equivalent** + **1-2 years** of experience in a warehouse or service-based environment + Skilled in operating **forklifts** and **order pickers** + Strong attention to detail with basic computer skills + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities + Physically able to lift **20-50 lbs** , bend, reach, push/pull carts, and operate warehouse tools **Physical Demands:** + Lift 100-400 containers daily + Frequent overhead reaching, scanning, bending, stretching + Use of stairs and manual tools + Operation of pallet jacks, forklifts, and pick lifts **Interested and qualified candidates should apply immediately.** This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team on a short-term but impactful project.
