What You'll Do: Be a Key Player : Lead by example as an active member of an epically awesome team. Live Our Culture : Promote a workplace filled with ownership, accountability, and collaboration. Oversee Receiving Operations : Manage the receipt of products, verify quality, and ensure accurate storage within the produce/food warehouse. Guide Order Picking and Pallet Building : Understand and support the order-picking and pallet-building process, ideally with produce/food experience. Hands-On Support : Step in as needed to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. Ensure Safety : Maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Empower the Team : Facilitate team-building and people leadership to ensure associates are engaged and motivated. Monitor Process Compliance : Oversee adherence to inbound/outbound logistics, put-away procedures, quality standards, and repack policies. Enhance Productivity : Innovate and streamline processes to maintain exceptional service levels. Collaborate & Create : Work inclusively to design and deploy training programs and development opportunities.
