Job Description

Well-Rounded Executive Assistant for Airbnb Rental and Interior Design (Full-Time) *Applicants who contact the company's contact info without consideration of the impact on the company's staff will not be considered.* Studio Define ( is seeking an executive assistant to support the owner in various business start-ups, including Airbnb rentals, interior design, remodel, real estate, photography, and floral businesses. Position Details Full-time (40 hours/week) with a fixed monthly salary; not hourly. Salary should align with good pay expectations in your country. Must be able to work fixed hours on US Pacific Standard Time, 8 hours between 8AM to 5PM PST. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Ability to meet via Zoom multiple times daily and communicate via WhatsApp throughout the day. Read submission requirements carefully; submissions missing required info will not be considered. About the Role The assistant role is dynamic, growing with the business, and involves understanding the business's needs and acting as the right hand to the owner. The role provides exposure to all aspects of the business. Responsibilities Short-term rental marketing and management Digital marketing Website updates, photo and video editing Property management Project management Processes and operations Workflow management and automation Managing owner's calendar and project schedules Customer follow-up and billing via QuickBooks Research and information gathering Social media coordination and management Managing email accounts and correspondence Maintaining contact databases and vendor lists Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, document archiving, form creation, and process documentation Qualifications Extremely detail-oriented Self-starter and proactive Experience with short-term rental management, digital asset creation, and real estate is a plus Experience with WordPress and eCommerce setup is a plus Familiar with office management and project management tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Asana Proficient with Photoshop Business acumen and interest in learning business operations Application Requirements When applying, include: Your monthly pay expectation (hourly rates are not accepted) Confirmation of ability to work US hours starting at 8AM PST #J-18808-Ljbffr Hubstaff blog
